Terms of Trade

These terms apply to the use of misterbakertrading.com, operated by [legal company name], trade licence [licence number], Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Mister Baker Trade”, “we”).
A trade website
This site is for businesses — hotels, cafés, restaurants, caterers and retailers — buying for resale or for use in their own business. It is not a consumer shop, and nothing is sold or paid for on the site itself.
Enquiries, quotations and orders
- An enquiry list sent from the site is a request for a quotation, not an order.
- A contract is formed only when we confirm an order in writing (including by WhatsApp or email) with the products, quantities, prices and delivery date.
- Prices shown on the site are indicative list prices, including VAT where stated. Your contracted prices are confirmed by your account manager and may differ.
- Availability, minimum order quantities, lead times and delivery areas are confirmed with each quotation. Seasonal ranges such as the Christmas Collection are available for a limited period.
Products and photographs
Photographs are representative. Handmade and decorated products vary in finish, and packaging or decorations may change. Weights and sizes are approximate.
Allergens and food safety
Our products are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, milk, eggs, nuts, peanuts, soy and sesame, and may contain traces of them. Full ingredient and allergen information is provided with each product and is available on request before you order. Products must be stored and handled as labelled (for example frozen at −18 °C); we are not responsible for products stored or handled otherwise after delivery.
Trade accounts
Where we give your business a sign-in, keep the password confidential and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend an account that is misused.
Intellectual property
The Mister Baker name, logos, photographs and text on this site belong to us. Trade customers may use our product photographs to sell our products they have bought from us; any other use needs our written permission.
Liability
We take care to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee it is free of errors or interruption. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, whose courts have jurisdiction.
