What we collect

• Your enquiry list. Products you add are kept in your own browser, not on our server, until you send the list.
• Enquiries you send on WhatsApp. When you press “Send on WhatsApp”, the list opens in WhatsApp and reaches us as a message, with your name and number as WhatsApp shows them. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy.
• Trade accounts. If we open an account for your business, we hold your name, business email, company name and the price list agreed with you, and a record of orders placed through the site.
• Website analytics and advertising. Only if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads to count visits and to measure which of our ads bring enquiries. These tools use cookies and receive your IP address and device information.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, time) for security.

Why we use it

• To answer enquiries, prepare quotations and supply orders (needed to take steps towards or perform a contract with you).
• To run trade accounts and show contracted prices to the right customer.
• To measure and improve the website and our advertising (with your consent).
• To keep the site secure and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers acting for us — our website host, Google (analytics and advertising, with consent) and Meta (WhatsApp, when you choose to message us) — and with authorities where the law requires. Some of these providers process data outside the UAE; they do so under their own safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages and account records are kept for as long as we have a trading relationship and then for the period UAE commercial and tax law requires (generally five years). Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email [email address]. We reply within 30 days.

Cookies

The site itself uses one essential cookie, only when you sign in to a trade account, to keep you signed in. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you press “Accept” on the cookie banner. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will ask again.
